Refund Eligibility
Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for refunds.
Condition Requirements: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned to our warehouse. Our 90 Day Money Back Guarantee also covers already opened & used products.

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Please note, we will not accept any returns at our returns address unless you
have contacted us via email beforehand and
received confirmation to proceed with the return.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@getanagen.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, as we do not carry clothing items. If you wish to return a product and purchase a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order.
